Agreement
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of PaidHold booking and deposit links operated by PaidHold (sole proprietor). By booking or paying a deposit through a PaidHold link, you agree to these Terms.
Bookings and deposits
A PaidHold link lets you select a service and time with a stylist and pay a deposit to hold the appointment. Deposit amount, refund, and forfeit rules are set by the stylist and shown before you pay. Cancel or reschedule using the manage link in your confirmation texts, subject to the stated policy window.
Payments
Deposits are processed by our payment partner (e.g. Stripe). PaidHold does not store full card numbers. A successful deposit creates a hold; the stylist’s policy controls refunds and late forfeits.
SMS Terms
By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box at booking, you agree to receive transactional text messages from PaidHold related to your appointment. These may include: booking confirmations; appointment reminders; cancel and reschedule receipts; and deposit/payment status updates.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity.
Reply STOP to opt out of texts only (this does not cancel your appointment). Reply HELP for help. After opting out you will not receive further PaidHold SMS unless you opt in again on a future booking.
Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, but is required to receive booking texts through PaidHold.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate contact details. Keep your phone available for confirmation and reminder texts. Use manage links from PaidHold messages to change or cancel when allowed. Do not misuse the service.
Limitation
PaidHold provides software for holds and transactional SMS. The stylist is responsible for the appointment itself. To the fullest extent allowed by law, PaidHold’s liability related to a booking is limited to the deposit amount processed for that booking.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of PaidHold booking after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
